IBSA members

IBSA is a membership organisation, made-up of more than 100 members in all corners of the globe. These members are either national organisations that specifically promote and organise sports for people with visual impairments, or they are National Paralympic Committees.

Membership of IBSA allows countries to enter the IBSA World Games and IBSA sanctioned events for all sports, including goalball, football-5-a-side and judo, as well as classification for their athletes. They can benefit from the support and expertise that IBSA offers as well as being part of the decision-making of the organisation through the General Assembly.

IBSA encourages new members to apply. Interested organisations can download the IBSA membership and eligibility policy to find out more about the requirements.

Existing members can access IBSA’s information, classification and registration system, ISAS, by applying for an account via this form.

For more information on membership or on how to join IBSA please download the IBSA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM 2025 here.
